Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be new and unused to qualify for a return or exchange. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at support@milaft.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and photos if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Package the Item Securely: Ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including providing their own return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues.
  5. Processing Your Return or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement when initiating the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
  • The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original returned item.

Additional Information

  • Milaft does not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method when returning your product.
